Brushless Motor Supply Chain Independence

In the spirit of American ingenuity and self-reliance, we declare our commitment to brushless motor supply chain independence—a vital step toward securing our nation's technological sovereignty in an era of relentless innovation.

Our Nation has made great strides in rare earth elements with the likes of MP Materials & US Rare Earth, reclaiming control over critical resources once dominated by foreign powers. Yet, this progress alone falls short; it addresses only a fraction of the challenge ahead. Neodymium magnets, essential as they are, constitute merely 10-20% of a brushless DC motor's cost. The true battle lies in fortifying the entire ecosystem, from raw materials to finished assemblies, to power our burgeoning robotics economy.

We envision a new dawn where manufacturers dogfood their own actuators and motors, testing and refining them in real-world applications to accelerate growth and resilience. The patchwork network of existing OEMs and bespoke fabricators, while admirable, cannot scale to the volumes our nation demands - 14 month leadtimes for custom tooling, nothing standardized. If we are to lead and own the world of Physical AI—where machines move, build, and think alongside us—we must seize control of the supply chain, end to end. We must make it easy for our innovators designing and building robots.

From the heartland's steel mills, we'll forge stators from raw coils using precision stamping dies and 100+ ton presses. We'll wind them with American copper, coat them in durable epoxies, integrate high-quality bearings, and embed control modules, chips, and boards designed on our shores. Electronic speed controllers, robust housings, and integrated gearing will all stem from domestic raw materials, ensuring every component pulses with the strength of homegrown industry.

At BLDC USA, we will erect factories capable of producing over 400 million American motors, fueling everything from drones to automated farms. Imagine a future where any citizen can walk into Lowe's, Home Depot, or Menards, pick up a reliable 100mm brushless actuator off the shelf, and use it to repair a household appliance or assemble an open-source robot—empowering creators, entrepreneurs, and everyday innovators alike.

We will stamp the stators. We will engineer automated lines to epoxy and wind them with unwavering precision. We will assemble the wound stators with magnets, housings, and chips, creating motors that embody American excellence. We will do it all—because our destiny demands nothing less.
